The Kindest People on Earth
The kindest people that exist on this planet live in Bali and no I am not exaggerating. There is no where in the world that I've met people so manner-able. The kindness is so contagious that it forces you to not only reciprocate the vibes but to really appreciate those types of vibrations. Someone should do some investigating on why Balinese people are so angelic, and it is REAL! There was one time when my mom was stressed out (per usual lol) about something and the taxi driver was so affected by the stressful vibes that he said he would take her anywhere she wants for free even though the situation had nothing to do with him or our plans. My brother and I found that hilarious! But it only goes to show how serious they are about being happy. The taxi driver even mentioned something about karma taking care of him!
From the Monkey Forest, to both thediverse and Balinese restaurants that flood Bali, to the rice fields and to the Balinese traffic itself, there is too much to take in. I love Bali (said every person who has ever been) and there is just too much to do at too small of a price with too kind of a people. The place is magical. This was my brother's 2nd trip before going back for a 3rd time to live. One of my good friends also moved out there for quite a few months on and off and I saw the magical benefits it had on her. Mother Nature REIGNS in Bali. Even though I enjoyed normal touristy tings like fly boarding in Tanjung Benoa, I mostly enjoyed everything that came natural. The animals, the people, the plants and trees, the sea!
Spotlight: Prices + People
If you haven't heard about the very cheap deals in Bali well GIRL (or boy), let me be the one to tell you about it! Not only can you get a 60 minute massage for $6 (so yes, even the prices says 60.000 that's really 6 USD -- do the math), but a quality massage from quality people. Bali is just too good to be true! It was so ridiculous to me that I always gave them more! Everywhere is like this!
Food & Nightlife
I didn’t really venture off to party too much in Bali because the day activities took me all the way out! But I noticed much of the nightlife includes eating out at restaurants, like NYC (which I love)! I also love traveling with my brother because he’s a Traveling Conversationalist professionally (I know, so cool), and I always end up meeting some cool people because of him! That was definitely the case in Bali!
