ADHD, the mystery
Updated: Oct 7, 2019
I eventually became aware of how powerful my energy is by noticing the amount of love I could give to people and the amount of things I'm capable of managing. It takes a lot of energy to do these things (I have a theory that "ADHD" people can save the world if their energy is channeled properly, but we'll get into that later).
I can’t drink cofffee because I get headaches. It gives too much energy. I can't do coke, I am what coke gives people: energy. I realize the rest of the world is trying to keep up to a frequency I'm already on.
There are disadvantages of ADHD. Speaking from experience, managing distractions is very important and takes skill. I started meditating three years ago. I started to make new habits; for instance, I take an extra minute to think now before I respond. I had to create organizational systems specially curtailed for my style of doing. It's a journey that if one find balances in, I believe could possibly change the world if the powers are fully harnessed.
